Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (U.S. only) with tracking. High-value items may ship insured and/or with signature confirmation.

All returns require prior authorization. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in original condition with all packaging and Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) intact.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
